Many suppliers offer a warranty concept which just does not work in the clinic life.

What does a monitor replacement help without a new acceptance test? Unfortunately nothing, because a monitor which did not pass an acceptance test is not even transitionally allowed.

The MeDiSol on-site warranty includes not only the delivery of a replacement monitor to the place of installation but also its commissioning and the acceptance test according to DIN V 686-57.

Thus our on-site service works to 100% - also in practice.

This is how our On-Site-Service works

 

The physican or the assistance informs the MeDiSol support by phone
     +49 (0)
2156/4949-12 and makes an appointment for an exchange of the                  monitor.

Not a courier but a service engineer of MeDiSol delivers the replacement monitor
      and arranges the further actions.

The engineer quickly exchanges the devices. The soonest possible reconditioning
      maintenance of the workstation will be taken into account. If matched pair monitors       are concerned, of course both monitors are exchanged by another pair.

In case it concerns a monitor which is used for primary diagnostics, the replacement
      monitor will be tested according to DIN 6868-57. Since the device may not be         
      operated without an acceptance and constancy test.

The operable monitor and the acceptance record will be handed over.
      The engineer will take the defect monitor with him for repair.

The physician can now start working again.
